Going Casual

 We got a new package in from NatakoBjdClothes on Etsy today, so Edan volunteered to model as I wanted to see how they looked on the model body.

Great casuals for the FID men, and the goods actually arrived very quickly as well.

The Dane's

 I've made no secret that Dane is one of my favorite Iple sculpts in the FID size. He's one that I could own in every color and not get tired of.  I've wanted to get the two I have together for some photos for a while now, but just hadn't gotten around to it. This morning I made time. Nox, the ebony guy, was my first. He has the default FID face up and is on the muscle body. He is a part of my fantasy group and I usually post him on my "In the Glade" blog.

This past summer a friend was rehoming her light brown Dane on the model body and asked me if I would be interested in him. How could I resist???? So Javier came to live with us. He also has the default FID Dane face up, and as previously mentioned is on the model body.

If money wasn't an option I would love to have a gray Dane.......and maybe even a dark brown Dane with a bearded face up to be a brother to Javier. But for now I'll enjoy the two I have. It is so interesting how the same face up can look so different on two different resin colors.

A Time Past

 Javier is part of the shifter group, and he's lived a long life, so decided to try a different look,  from a time past, for him. I got this Wolf Boy set from Iple when they offered some of the limited outfit sets up separately. I decided to see if the shirt and jacket would be useable on one of my Model body FID guys. It's doable. I would prefer the jacket to be roomier, but everything but the pants work ok. I imagine it will work great for the girls.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, the Dane sculpt is just a beautiful sculpt. LOVE it in the FID size. I don't know why I was never enamored of it when it first came out as SID. I actually love it so much that I've  contemplated getting another in gray resin. There are however other sculpts on my "wishlist" so I should probably get one of those first before getting another Dane.

Crossing Paths

 Lucy was my very first BJD in this scale, and she has had her share of resin relationships since her arrival, but has remained a bit of a drifter in the sea of romance. I got a wild hair the other day and decided to see what she and Josh would do together.

I really think they kind of like each other.

I think I'll let them cross paths a bit more to see what happens. So far, looks like there is definitely more story to tell.

Christmas Spirit

 Getting into the Christmas Spirit with the dolls. A few new pictures of Zayn since I haven't spent near enough time with him this past year.

Warm Winter Day

 We had a sunny fairly warm day today, so took Blevine out since I hadn't photographed her much.

She claimed the new jeans from Jenna, and borrowed a jacket from Tonner Matt's closet.

One of these I'll get an open eye Laeticia head as another look for her. She has a very sultry vibe.
