Elle is such a gorgeous doll. I am so crazy about mine. I love her strong look. I do think she lost just a bit when they downsized her, but she has an amazing mouth. I might send mine to be repainted sometime even though I quite like Iple's face-ups generally. I would like to highlight her beautiful lips a bit more. I love the way yours is painted. There are two more female dolls I am wishing/dreaming Iplehouse will downsize: Rachel and Eva. I fell for Eva from seeing some great pics of her on Flickr, and Rachel is such a natural beauty. I'm not sure if she was just a special doll or not, but I am keeping my eye out for her.
ReplyDeleteElle is one of my favorite female sculpts! I have a big one too, who Lyn painted. She's one like Mari that I could own in several colors and be happy (if I had the funds and space). I would still like to have Carina in FID size, and Harace. I'd love to see them down size Bella too, as I like her sculpt, but don't plan on getting any more large dolls. Eva is a wonderful sculpt as well! I have a large one who I love.
